You give excellent service. Nobody gives service as good as you. Whether it is my banks, insurers, whoever. If every business gave your quality and knowledgeable service this would be a far better country with much happier customers. Whenever I ask a question I receive a very courteous and considered reply. No one has ever put me on hold to find the answer. Your customer relationship is probably the best in the UK.
